Privacy Policy
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website. It does not govern the clinical records created if you go on to book and receive treatment — those are handled under Intravene Wellness Therapies' own patient-privacy practices, which are separate.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other websites. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or advertising pixels. Because no tracking cookies are set, there is no consent banner.
Phone calls
The phone number on this site is a tracked line, which lets us tell which of our sites a call came from. Calls may be recorded, and you will hear a spoken announcement before the call connects. If you do not wish to be recorded, hang up when you hear the announcement and contact us another way.
Call recordings and records are retained for 24 months, after which they are deleted. They are used for quality, training and service purposes. Information that forms part of a clinical record is kept for as long as the law requires.
What we collect
If you call, we collect what you tell us — your name, contact number, address for a visit, and the symptoms you describe. We collect this to respond to you and, if you book, to provide care. There is no contact form on this site.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights
Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and sale. Exercise these by contacting info@intravenewellnesstherapies.com. We will respond within the statutory period. You may appeal a refusal, and may contact the Colorado Attorney General.
